We have an urgent opening with a Specialty Restaurant Company for Commi (Karnataka Cuisines) - Bangalore
a. Strategic responsibilities:
• Prepare food in a fast and efficient manner.
• Assist the main chef and other chefs and cooks in the kitchen and be asked to complete whatever tasks the superior chefs ask of him in a fast manner.
b. Operational responsibilities:
• Support the executive chef, sous chef, line chefs as well as other kitchen employees in food production
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients as well as delegates.
• Adhere to all recipes, methods and instructions from the Head / Chef De Partie/ Demi Chef De Partie.
• Assist the chefs in the production of different foods for example vegetables, meats and pastries.
• Assist the chef in ensuring that food is prepared and served to the clients on time.
• Assist the chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.
• Assist the chef in making requisitions for food.
• Assist the kitchen staff in storing all food..
