  • To promote the products of the company to selective Doctors in the given territory and generate prescriptions.
  • Effectively communicating the concepts of all products on promotion
  • To establish an effective distribution channel to ensure products availability with the chemists to fulfill the demand generated through Doctors prescriptions.
  • To ensure meeting given sales target month after month.
  • To ensure collection of payment within the stipulated timeframe from the customers.
  • Effectively utilizing the selling skills to generate product’s demand amongst the customers
  • Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Company’s vision, mission and values.
  • Effectively executing the plan agreed with scientific sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
  • Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
  • Focusing on updating one’s knowledge and skills.
  • Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
  • Develop KOLs on the basis of business and clinical interests
  • Should be smart and presentable.
  • Should be able to communicate in English fluently.
  • Should be sincere, honest and hard working.
