Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Job Purpose:

  • Spearhead and oversee the Centre Marketing function. The position will be responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing the execution of marketing activities/events, promotions and commercialization to ensure brand visibility, drive relevant footfall and achieving marketing revenue targets for the center.
  • Drive sponsorship revenues for the central and local level tie-ups.
  • Curate events and promotions with retailers specifically for the center.

Principal Accountability:

  • Forecasting financial operating budgets for the central marketing function and ensure the set operating budgets are met.
  • Lead the marketing team via strategizing and executing sound strategies towards achieving marketing targets through continuous events, sponsorships and retail relations.
  • Ensure the marketing SOPs, reporting and escalation matric are in place and the guidelines are adhered to.
  • Strategizing and driving annual marketing plans for the center.
  • Building strategic marketing plans with the view of enhancing revenue and expansion of the business plan.
  • Work with the Marketing Head to develop and implement a universal communication platform for retail centers.
  • Oversee marketing through advertising, promotions, website, digital & social media and visual merchandising, magazine, newsletter in order to enhance the branding and positioning.
  • Devise and oversee execution of the marketing strategies to counter competition and attract customers with unique value propositions and building brand equity.
  • Ensure on-going market intelligence data is available to develop new marketing strategies and close the feedback loop.
  • Work with the digital marketing team and implement the center marketing initiatives and activations to publicize on the various digital media platforms including retailer and event activations.
  • Creating and Implementing special retailer promotion and cross-selling and upselling opportunities at the center.
  • Timely publishing retailer/consumer facing newsletter.
  • Curate center and portfolio level event properties.
  • Tie up for sponsorship for center-level events and promotions.
