This Role Focuses On Developing New Use Cases, Streamlining & Optimizing Existing Processes, End To End Api Integration User Journey.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible For Managing End To End Api Integration User Journey With External/Internal Partners
Analyze/Anticipate And Assess Gaps In Current Offerings By Interacting With The Key Stakeholders (Sales / Clients/Market Research/Tech) And Understanding Requirements
Responsible For Improving Integration Funnel, Right From Handshake To Go Live
Managing Integration Team & Liaising With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Client Delight
Responsible For Providing Post Implementation Services To Partners Via Staggered Servicing Channels
Portfolio Management To Make Sure We Understand The Trends & Have Timely Interventions
Keeping A Constant Eye On Competition And Market Innovations (Banks / Fintech) Products / Solutions So That Best Practices Can Be Emulated

Ideal Candidate:

Will Have Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Have A Master Degree (Mba Preferred)
Having Prior Team Management Experience (Nice To Have, Not Mandatory)
3+ Years Of Experience In A High Growth Environment
