Role And Responsibilities
Providing Customer Break Fix Support For Designated It Equipment In Plant And
Campus
Maintains, Analyzes, Troubleshoots, And Repairs Computer Systems, Hardware
And Computer Peripherals. Including Desktops, Laptops, Tablets And Printers.
Documents, Maintains, Upgrades Or Replaces Pc Hardware And Software Systems
Knowledge Of Networks And Servers And Ability To Provide Hands On Support
Communicating Clearly In Written And Verbal Form
Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills
Accepting And Delivery Of All Service Calls Assigned
Ability To Work With Deadlines And Complete Tasks On-Time
Completing All Administrative Tasks Associated With Each Call
Responsible For Control And Return Of Assets And Inventory
Other Duties May Be Assigned To Meet Business Needs
Active Participation Daily/Weekly/Monthly Meetings And Timely Submission Of
Reports
Provide 24X7 On-Call With The Ability To Be Onsite Within 4 Hours For Major Issues
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor’S Degree Or Equivalent Experience
Itil Concepts Strongly Preferred
Mcse Or Mcp Preferred

Experience With Operating System Installation Using Sccm, Anti-Spyware, Anti-
Virus, Custom And Commercial Software. Imaging Pc’S On A Large Scale.
Experience With Mobile Telephony Technologies (Smart Phone And Iphone, Ipad)
Knowledge On Microsoft Office 365 Products Like
Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Onenote/Outlook Email Clients
Proficiency In Desktop Support Including Knowledge Of Current Windows Operating
Systems (Windows 10)
Hardware Support - Laptops, Printers, Desktop, Tablets And Telephony
Equipment’S Break Fix
Backup And Restore Of Os And Data
Procurement Of Hardware, Maintaining The Assets And Hardware Spare Stocks
Hands On Audio/Video Conferencing Experience
Experience In Performing Asset Refresh. Imaging And Retiring Desktops And
Laptops.
Experience In Manufacturing/Industrial Application Services, Workstation, Rfid
Scanner, Bar Code Scanner, Controllers, Scale As, Plc Etc.
Experience In Network Trouble Shooting
Basic Knowledge On Windows Active Directory And Group Policies
