Responsibility

Management of India based e-Governance projects.
Do deft research, draft and solutions tailor-made for a given business situation, besides writing DPR?s, designing, responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/BOQ, Client Management, Government Relations.
Assistance in preparation of master plan for projects in consultation with Architect.
Preparation of Technical and commercial proposals in consultation with the vertical head.
Preparation of detailed project report documents by developing it infrastructure specifications, plans and schedules.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
Maintains project data base by writing solution and preparing proposal.
Written communication includes anything related to company business propositions which needs to be communicated to its prospects & market at large.
Right down to drafting covering letters, preparing slick PPT related to solutions offered by Innovatiview.
Preparation of Tender documents as per applicable laws and procedures as CPWD norms/Guidelines.
Work in a methodical-&-planned way to identify new business opportunities using online resources a well as interacting with the Sales team.
Take lead in participating in opportunity assessment-&-qualification, developing response strategy,
Proposal development, review and feedback process, Competitive positioning etc.
Interact with alliance partners and 3rd party Vendors to seek techno- commercial details of their
Products include. Any Hardware, Software and Services etc. that shall go along with our company solutions.
Work closely with support functions like, IT / Operation / Marketing etc. to create compelling Value Propositions.
Conduct primary-&-secondary Market research from all possible sources to generate quality analytics and Dashboards.

Requirements

Understanding of govt. ecosystems.
Must have 4 years of experience in PMC/proposal (RFP) writing.
Candidates must be B Tech and open to travel (20%).
Must have excellent communication skills.
